BBHC is a proud participant of the following:
- Museums for All - an initiative that strives to make museums more accessible for everyone. Offer includes a $3 admission cost up to four adult guests eligible by receiving EBT/SNAP benefits. Children are free.
- Allegheny Library Network's Museums Pass Program - Participants can check out an "Experience Kit" from a participating library (just like a book) to receive complimentary admission for two adults and up to six children.
- Blue Star Museums Program - Active Military (with ID) and up to 5 family members receive complimentary admission. (Armed Forces Day – Labor Day)

The History Center is open April - Thanksgiving weekend, Wednesday - Sunday, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

1.5 hour Guided Tours are available with advance reservations : $15/person, minimum of 10 people (includes museum & weather-dependent walking tour).
